Progress hub

View Progress opens four cards: You, Training, Recovery and History.

You holds your height, weight, body fat and goal, with trend charts once you have logged at least two entries. Training shows your workout count compared with the previous period, your streak, and your average difficulty rating. History shows what you train most, how your weight on an exercise has progressed, and which muscles you have worked.

Streaks and badges

A week counts towards your streak when you train on at least your weekly goal of different days, from 2 to 6. Two sessions on the same day count once. A finished week below your goal resets the streak, but the week still in progress never breaks it. Milestone badges unlock as your run of weeks grows.

Muscles trained

On the Plus plan, a body diagram shows what you have trained over the last 7 or 30 days, so gaps are easy to spot.

Optional health sync

Connect Apple Health if you want steps, body fat and active calories in the mix. It is optional. Figures are marked Live when they come from your device and Estimated when they do not.
