Sessions built around your equipment
Every session is built fresh from the kit in your active gym and the goal you picked, so you are never handed an exercise you cannot do.
PromptTrain is coming soon to the App Store and is not available to download yet. Plans and limits may change before launch.

What it does
You tell PromptTrain what equipment you have, from a list or by photographing your gym. When you start a session, it only suggests exercises that work with that kit, down to whether your bench supports an incline.
Your goal shapes the rest: build muscle, get stronger, lose fat or build endurance. Change it at any time and your very next session reflects the change. There is no saved plan to refresh.
How it picks what to train
PromptTrain keeps track of what you trained recently and favours muscle groups you have not worked in the last 48 hours. You can always choose a different group instead.
Once you have chosen, it suggests exercises that match your equipment and difficulty level. You can see what each one targets.
Tailored to your progress and recovery
Each session is scored against your own history. Muscles you worked in the last day or two are steered away from, and groups that already have a lot of volume this week score lower, so you are not piled onto the same area.
Your ratings guide what comes next. After each exercise you rate how it felt, and that shapes your next weight and rest suggestions for it.
If you have connected Apple Health or Health Connect, your recovery is compared with your own recent average, never a generic number. On a low day the builder favours lighter, lower-impact exercises over heavy compound ones and adds 10 seconds to each rest. It is only a suggestion, and you can always train as planned. Without a connected device, none of the recovery part switches on.
Your say in it
Swap any exercise for another one that works the same muscle group before you start. Favourite an exercise to give it priority in later sessions, or dislike one to stop it being suggested.
If a swap would leave a muscle group under trained for the week, you are warned first.
Exercise demos
Every exercise in a session shows the equipment it needs and a demo of the movement, so you can check the form before your first set.
